Antonio & Melinda Vieira
The Owners of Vieira's Restaurant
Antonio Vieira --
Born and raised in Brazil and has been in the states now for
nearly 20 years and in 2001 made his journey official by
becoming a US citizen. He lives at the lake with his wife
Melinda , together raising three young sons. Antonio is the
head master chef at Vieira's and attributes his flavors to
his Brazilian heritage
Melinda Vieira --
Born and partially raised at the Jersey shore and partly
here at the lake, she moved to this area in 1987. She met
Antonio in 1996 at a restaurant they worked in together.
They married in 1997 and together run the restaurant and
raise their children. Melinda is in charge of "The Front of
the House" while Antonio is in charge of "The Back of the
House." They attribute their success on being a family
first. Also by showing appreciation to their staff as they
are all on the same team, their goals are the same to have
everyone leave their establishment with great satisfaction,
enjoyment and pleasure. "We thank God every day for the
many blessings He has bestowed upon us. it has been a tough
journey to success, and we're still working on getting
there, we look forward to serving you. |
